The Child Care Center was originally established in October, 1990 with facilities located in the Ramkhamhaeng Road area. The Child Care Center is registered and licensed by The Social Welfare Department of The Ministry of Interior. In conjunction with the Child Care Center, commenced with the operation of “Yaowarak Nannie School” which is registered and licensed with The Ministry of Education. Yaowarak provides a comprehensive training course for nannie recruits with a curriculum including infant care, hygiene, child nutrition, child psychology, English and child law. Only those enrollees fulfilling all exam requirements are enlisted in households requesting full-time, live-in nannies (both Thai & Expatriate Families). Presently Yaowarak retains over 300 nannies residing with families throughout Bangkok. In order to meet the continually expanding demand for fully accrecited and licensed International Nursery and Kindergartens, opened its International School branch located at President Park, Sukhumvit Soi 24. Established in October 1994, International Kindergarten retains full accreditation and licenses with both The Social Welfare Department and The Ministry of Education. Unlike many early childhood education centers, which may obtain only the necessary licensing from The Social Welfare Department to operate child care centers (legal age limits age 1 – 6 yrs.), The Ministry of Education has fully approved ’s Curriculum and facilities as a genuine international school; the same accreditation as that received by Ruam Rudee International School, ISB, and Bangkok Pattana sub-primary classes.
