Emergencies except for the basic first aid, any child requiring medical attention, our staff will inform the parent/guardian of any emergency or if their child needs special attention due to health problems or accidents. Parents should notify the center if their child cannot attend school. Parents should inform the center if their child is being treated for ANY communicable illness and are advised to keep the child away form the center until healthy or any “quarantine” period is over.

Security for reasons of security only authorized persons are allowed to take children out of center. They should be required to present their ID card or letter of authorisation which has been previously confirmed with our staff and must sign our daily logbook before leaving the center.

Public holidays the center will be closed for all Thai public holidays and dates for the full school terms will be sent out with registration forms / documentation.

Personal safety children will not be allowed to bring into the center any kind of toy weapons, any other toys, money or jewelry as they may get lost, broken or be a danger to others. However children will be allowed to bring in any special comfort toy or blanket which will be kept by the teacher in full view of the child during classtimes.
